Dysart Geocaching

We went to Dysart today with Gran and Grandad. This was largely because the geocaching website wanted as many people as possible to log a cache today and Daddy wanted to be part of it. We come to the park at Dysart quite regularly as it's a great park with the option to walk down to the beach or along the coast if you want. There's a cache here in the woods just off the park that we'd never been to before so today was the day. And what a treat it was! We've been coming here for years but never knew the superb bit of woodland existed. We walked along the coast to the woods then into the woods, where we found the biggest monkey puzzle trees we've ever seen. Given how slowly these things grow, I reckon these ones are prehistoric! Then further into the woods (and very near the cache site) we found loads of wooden sculptures (as well as plenty of those grey squirrels). What a fab wee find!
