Levitation's What You Need!
Auntie Vikki and Cousin Dylan came around today. The plan was to go swimming but we were a bit late and with it being the holidays the pool was too busy so we went to the park and for a walk in the woods instead. It was a lot of fun and I even did a wee bit of gymnastics on a tree stump. But Dad's favourite moment was when Auntie Vikki and Cousin Dylan went skipping ahead like something from a Disney movie! He captured a picture that makes it look like they're levitating through the woods!
I can't wait until they come back again and I really hope we get a chance to go swimming together.

More Abercrombys
Dad's had another go at taking a picture of the Abercrombys. It's better than the last one but he's still not happy. Maybe he'll have more luck in the summer?

Happy Anniversary
It's Granny and Grandpa's Diamond Wedding anniversary this week and all the family got together today for an awesome lunch to celebrate. Mummy and Daddy told me that there was no food for me and I would have to share some of theirs but I sat with Auntie Carol and she gave me plenty of her excellent food! And then they gave me food of my own anyway!
Uncle Dave made some paper aeroplanes and between courses I was able to fly them around the place. Luckily there weren't very many other people having lunch!

Grandparents' Day
Today we had Grandparents' Day at school. I invited my grandparents to come visit me at school. Granny and Grandad came. I wouldn't like it if they didn't come to it. I loved it. I showed them around my classroom, including our time machine and our outside toilet - both made of cardboard! Then we sung them some songs. Everyone appeared to have a great time.
Thanks for coming along Granny and Grandad!

Mike and Hannah
Cousin Mike and his girlfriend Hannah stayed with us last night. It was great to see them and particularly good because I got to stay up late to wait for them arriving! Then I showed Mike a few special moves at chess before he beat me several times at the game - I blame Daddy for not practicing with me enough. It was really good fun playing with them and they gave me a cool little bear to add to my collection that played in the garden with me all day today while Mike and Hannah were at the Scottish Cup Final. Unfortunately their team didn't win but they did come home in great spirits with the greatest of hats and a nice scarf. They're away again already - off to see Auntie Anne and Uncle Ian. I hope they have a great holiday.

Picking Brussel Sprouts
Our last full day and Auntie Lesley and Uncle Rogers today. In the morning, we went to see Grandpa Sid - he's Uncle Roger's dad and he has the greatest knives I've ever seen! If Auntie Lesley sends me the photo she took of me and him together I'll post it here.
In the afternoon, between sessions playing computer games, we did a bit of gardening and I helped pick some brussel sprouts for dinner. And they were delicious too!
It's been great staying with Auntie Lesley and Uncle Roger. I've played the computer *a lot* but probably not as much as Auntie Lesley has ;-). I got to sleep in a tent in the spare room! Uncle Roger has given us excellent food. And it's nice having the cats around. I can't wait until we can come back here.

Edinburgh with Andy
We went to Edinburgh to meet cousin Andy today. We had a walk up Calton Hill where Andy showed me around and pointed out Mummy's old house and played catch with me while Daddy went around taking photos. If you look closely, you can see Mummy, Andy and me at the foot of the folly. Daddy lifted me onto it for a photo which seemed like a good idea until I realised just how high it was!

Later on we were in the park in St Andrew's square and there was a display of nature photographs which I was hiding behind so that Daddy couldn't take my picture - looks like he just got me though!
