I ran out of space on the bath the other night when drawing with my bath crayons. I had to start drawing on myself. It's not terribly clear in this picture but I've even been drawing in my hair here. It worked remarkably well and has given me a taste for a tattoo. Just need to convince mummy. I could get a variation of those traditional hard-man tattoos on my fore-arms. You know, the ones that say Mum on one arm and Dad on the other. Except I'll go for Lilo and Stitch instead because I can't get enough of them at the moment.

Curry Night
I had my first Indian curry at the weekend. I had a creamy chicken masala. And it was yummy! It's also a fine excuse for using your fingers! Mummy couldn't give me a row and ask me to use my fork because Daddy was using his fingers too. I probably won't like the same curry next time though - got to keep the parents on their toes.

At the carwash
I helped Daddy wash the car at the weekend. It was so dirty it really did need both of us. Daddy wanted me to wear a pinny but as he wasn't wearing one I didn't see why I should have to. Besides, my trousers and jacket needed a wash of their own anyway. After washing the car we went to Matthew's birthday party at the Almond Valley Heritage Centre. It was a lot of fun. I spent ages in the softplay area, even nipping back when the party room seemed a bit dull! We had a go on the trailer being pulled by the tractor around the farm and saw baa baa black sheep; some 2 week old lambs; a couple of little highland cows (Daddy's favourite) and lots of ducks. I then fell asleep on the way home and wouldn't properly wake up for ages, no matter how much Mummy and Daddy tried.

I'm balancing!

I'm really good a balancing. I can balance on my daddy's knees extremely well. Daddy's very impressed. To be honest though, balancing's only half the fun. The real fun comes from jumping off once I've stood up. Luckily daddy always catches me, but if he doesn't I know he'll provide a soft landing...

That's my Elephant!
I found my Elephant on the stairs yesterday. Mummy and Daddy were surprised to hear me say "elephant". Frankly, so was I! It just kind of slipped out and surprised me so I had to repeat it a few times to make sure it was correct and prove that I could say it. You see it's be "efelant" for a very long time - since it stopped being "ebelope" in fact.I can now say "elephant" or "efelant" whenever I please. Which is better than "hippomotamus" which I can no longer say since learning "hippopotamus".
